Refund Policy
When joining us you book and pay for your space for the whole term. No refunds are given for lessons not attended for any reason including illness, holiday etc. We operate a no-refund policy for our children’s classes. Our classes are offered at very competitive prices for the quality of the lessons and we are proud of our close association with and extensive training under Grandmaster Sken. We are therefore very affected by cancellations. So that we can be a sustainable small business and continue to provide our classes, we do not issue refunds for any cancelled classes.
In the unlikely event that a lesson is cancelled by us, due to any reason such as teacher illness, this lesson will be carried forward as a credit. You can use your credit for any other session. Credits can be carried forward term to term, so if you are unable to attend your extra lesson during the term you can attend a lesson the following term. If you discontinue lessons, you will lose the credit.
If a lesson is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances the lesson will not be credited as these matters are outside our control.
Cancellation Notice
All cancellations or rescheduling requests for personal training sessions, whether online or face-to-face, must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
• If a session is canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if you fail to attend the session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
• Exceptions will only be considered in genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, at the discretion of MSA Hammersmith.
• Cancellations are considered effective once you receive a confirmation from us.
